Forklift Cylinders
Kleenheat LPG is a leader in the supply of LPG to the single and fleet forklift operator market. For business operating forklifts with enclosed warehouse and loading areas, LPG offers fewer emissions and is safe and clean to operate in confined spaces.
Kleenheat has also recently introduced an aluminium 15kg cylinder to aid with workplace lifting practices.
Kleenheat has revolutionalised the forklift industry with the implementation of one of the most technologically advanced facilities at Sydney Markets. The facility has bowsers instead of the traditional methods of bleed filling which has great exposure to occupational health and safety risks, occasionally causing both back injuries and safety incidents.
Also included in the facility is video surveillance cameras, and motion detection units which identifies forklifts moving into the filling area.
The forklift operator simply swipes the filling card located near the bowsers which enables the operator to fill the forklift cylinder, similar to a vehicle at a service station. The card reader records the transaction and the user is billed at a later date. Operators are being trained in small groups on the use of the new system to ensure all safety measures and procedures are adhered to.
LPG is also a more cost-effective and convenient fuel than petrol, which means forklift running and maintenance costs are significantly reduced.
